FIRST DAY: LA PAZ - RURRENABAQUE
We will leave the city of La Paz by flight (45´), until the village of Rurrenabaque. Denominated as the entrance Door to the Amazonía. Hotel
SECON DAY: LA PAZ - RURRENABAQUE - CAQUIAWARA
We will leave the city of La Paz by regulated flight (40´). Arrival to the village of Rurrenabaque. After lunch we will navigate in motorized boat, along the river Beni and Tuichi. Entrance to the NATIONAL PARK OF MADIDI. We will camp in Caquiawara 300 m. above sea level (2.30 hrs. )
THIRD DAY: CAQUIAWARA – SALTPETER DEPOSITS
During the morning with a short walk (20 ´) we will arrive to the nests of the PAPAGAYOS, a very strategic place to observe these birds, we will return to our boat and continue navigating for 3 hrs. Arrival to the saltpeter Camp (360 m. above sea level). After lunch we will take a walk into the forest to observe the saltpeter deposits where a great quantity of mammals get meet (3 hrs.). Return to the Camp.
FOURTH DAY: SALTPETER DEPOSITS - CHALALAN
During the morning we will navigate river below, pulled by the river current (40´) up to the entrance port of Chalalan. With a walk of 30 min. we will arrive to the Ecolodge of Chalalan
After enjoying a refreshing shower, we will take rest and lunch. During the afternoon we will walk until the Mirador, with a fantastic view of the lake and its surroundings. We will return to the Ecolodge by canoe. Ecolodge.
FIFTH DAY: CHALALAN - RURRENABAQUE
A 4 hours return to the village of Rurrenabaque. Hotel.
SIXTH DAY: RURRENABAQUE - PAMPAS
We will leave the population of Rurrenabaque in 4WD until we get to Santa Rosa's village (3 hrs.). After lunch we will navigate along the river Yacuma during 3 hrs. watching during the trip animals as: lizards, capiwaras, monkeys, turtles, bufeos (pink dolphins), etc., and great variety of birds, like: Parrots, storks, ducks ,etc. Camp.
SEVENTH DAY: PAMPAS - RURRENABAQUE
This morning we will go in search of ANACONDAS. a 3 hrs. walk. Return to the camp. After lunch we will go back to Rurrenabaque. (5 hrs.). Hotel
EIGHTH DAY: RURRENABAQUE - LA PAZ
We will return to the city of La Paz by private 4WD. From The Amazonia to Los Andes (14 hrs.)
