FIRST DAY: LA PAZ- SUMMIT-CHALLAPAMPA
We will leave the city of La Paz by private transportation (1.30 hrs.), up to the passing of the Summit. After a short upward walk we will arrive to the passing at 4.900 m. above sea level. We will find the Pre Incan path and we will start the descent until the village of Challapampa. We will camp at 2.800 m. above sea level.
SECOND DAY: CHALLAPAMPA - SANDILLANI
We will begin early in the morning, getting deeply to Yungas. A place covered with vegetation and with hills that ascend and descend, until we get to the hill of Sandillani (9 hrs.), to be more precise to LA CASA DEL JAPONES. We will camp at 2.100 m. above sea level.
THIRD DAY: SANDILLANI - COROICO - LA PAZ THE PEACE
With an easy walk of 3 hrs. we will arrive to the village of Chairo at 1.500 m. above sea level. From now on we will continue by private transportation up to the city of La Paz, in the road we will make a deviation to meet the village of Coroico. After refreshing ourselves in this picturesque village, we will continue up to the city of La Paz. (4 hrs.)
